NAMB-DEL-OST-2015, Re-delegation of Authority to the Head of the Office of Secure Transportation (OST)

DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY NATIONAL NUCLEAR SECURITY ADMINISTRATION DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY NO. NAMB-DEL-OST-2015 TO ADMINISTER OATHS DELEGATION. Under the authority vested in me from Section 1.18 of Delegation Order No. 00-003.00D, which has been re-delegated by the Under Secretary for Nuclear Security/ Administrator, National Nuclear Security Administration to the Associate Administrator for Management and Budget, under Section 2 of Delegation Order No. 00-003.02, the authority to administer oaths of office is hereby re-delegated to the Head of the Office of Secure Transportation (OST). 1. LIMITATION. 1.1 In exercising the authority delegated herein, the delegate is governed by the applicable mies and regulations of the Department of Energy and the policies and procedures of the Secretary and the Under Secretary for Nuclear Security. 1.2 Nothing in this delegation precludes the Secretary or Administrator from disapproving any Administration-specific policy or exercising any of the authority delegated by this delegation whenever in the judgment of the Secretary or Administrator the exercise of that authority is necessary or appropriate to administer the functions vested in the Administrator. 1.3 The authorities delegated herein shall only be exercised with regard to OST employees, or activities. 1.4 Any amendments to this delegation shall be in consultation with the NNSA General Counsel. 1.5 Nothing in this Delegation precludes the Secretary or Administrator from exercising any of the authority delegated in this Delegation. 2.
