for Brookhaven National Laboratory
As required by the Depaiiment of Energy (DOE) Order (0) 4 l 3.3B, Program and Project
Management for.the Acquisition of Capital Assets, I hereby designate you as the Federal Project
Director for the Office· of Environmental Management capital asset project as listed below:
• Nuclear Facility Decontamination and Decommissioning - High Flux Beam Reactor,
CH"BRNL-0041.Cl.
• Nuclear Facility Decontamination and Decommissioning -.Brookhaven Graphite
Research Reactor, CH-BRNL-0040.Cl. This project is dual funded by Base and
American Recovery and Reinvestment Act programs. The capital project includes the
ARRA sub-element Graphite Reseai·ch Reactor Decontainination and Decommissioning,
CH-BRNL-0040.Rl.

to meet all continuing education requirements as specified in DOE 0 361.lB, Acquisition Career
Management Prograin.
