This authority is to include members of the Senior Executive Service and Excepted Service; in accordance with our policy, up to 15 percent for one year. Any bonus above 15 percent must be authorized by the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Human Capital and Corporate Services. Please reference the attached, Delegation of Personnel Management Authority to me signed by Dae Chung, Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary for Environmental Management.
