This memorandum delegates authority to you to serve as Issuing authority for contractor security credentials required by DOE o 473,3, Attachment 3, Section A, 9.b.(3){b) for the National Strategic Protective Services, LLC security contract personnel, In exercising this authority, you are required to verify fulfillment of training and qualification requirements for the position or duties before Issuing a credential or credential with shield to an Individual. Additionally, If any Individual falls to maintain the training and quallflcatlon requirements, you must revoke and retrieve the credential. This authority may not be re-delegated.
