DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY NO. CFO-DEL-CF30-2007 TO DIRECTOR, OFFICE OF BUDGET 1. DELEGATION. Pu rsuant to the authmity vested in me as the Chief Financial Officer of the Depm:tment of Energy, you are hereby delegated authority to establish, approve, and issue approved funding programs and allotments for all components of the Department of Energy. 2. RESCISSION, All previous Delegation of Authority Orders to the Director, Office of Budget are hereby rescinded, 3. LIMITATION .. 3. 1 In exercising the authmity delegated in this Order, a delegate shall be governed by the rules and regulations of the Depm:tment of Energy and the policies and procedures presctibed by the Secretary or delegate(s}. 3..2 Nothing in this Order precludes the Chief Financial Officer f rom exercising any of the authority delegated by this Order. 4 AUTHORITY TO REDELEGATE.
