DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY REDELEGATION OF AUTHORITY NO. CF30-DEL-CF32-2007 TO DIRECTOR, BUDGET OPERATIONS DIVISION AND TEAM LEADER, FUNDS DISTRIBUTION AND CONTROL TEAM l. DELEGATION. Pursuant to the authmity vested in the Chief Financial Office1 and Delegation of Authority, dated October 17, 2007, to the Director, Office of Budget you are hereby delegated authmity to establish, approve, and issue approved funding programs and allotments for all components of the Department of Energy. 2. RESCISSION. All previous Delegation of Authority Orders by the Director, Office of Budget are hereby I escinded. 3 LIMITATION. 3 .1 In exercising the authority delegated in this Order, a delegate shall be governed by the rules and regulations of the Department of Energy and the policies and procedures prescribed by the Secretaiy or delegate(s). 32 Nothing in this Order precludes the Chief Financial Officer from exercising any of the authmity delegated by this Order .. 4.. AUTHORITY TO REDELEGATE. This Authmity may not be redelegated .. 5..
