[RESCINDED][RESCINDED] DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY DELEGATION ORDER NO. 0204-13 TO THE FEDERAL ENERGY REGULATORY COMMISSION Pursuant to the authority vested in me as Secretary of Energy (“Secretary”) and by Sections 642 and 402(e) of Department of Energy Organization Act (Pub. L. 95-91) (the “DOE Act”), there is hereby delegated and assigned to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”) the authority to carry out such functions as are vested in the Secretary pursuant to his authority to regulate the exports or imports of natural gas under Sections 301 and 402(f) of the DOE Act with respect to the following matter: S Distrigas of Massachusetts Corporation, Docket No. CP77-216, solely as it relates to the request filed July 18, 1977, by Distrigas of Massachusetts Corporation for issuance of a temporary certificate under section 7 of the Natural Gas Act to construct certain vaporization facilities and related equipment at its Everett, Massachusetts LNG marine terminal. The authority delegated to FERC may be further delegated, in whole or in part, as may be appropriate. This Order is effective November 29, 1977. /s/ James R. Schlesinger Secretary of Energy
