DELEGATION ORDER NO. 0204-67
TO THE ASSISTANT SECRETARY FOR CONSERVATION AND SOLAR ENERGY1
Pursuant to the authority vested in me as Secretary of Energy (“Secretary”) and by Section 642 of
the Department of Energy Organization Act (Pub. L. 95-91) there is hereby delegated on a non-
exclusive basis to the Assistant Secretary for Conservation and Solar Energy the authority to
approve applications for loan guarantees authorized by Section 10 of the Electric and Hybrid
Vehicle Research, Development and Demonstration Act of 1976 (Pub. L. 94-413), as amended.
Nothing in this delegation by the Secretary shall preclude the Secretary from exercising any of the
authority so delegated whenever, in his judgment, the exercise of such authority is necessary or
appropriate to administer the functions vested in him.
This order is effective February 1, 1980.
