DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY DELEGATION ORDER NO. 0204-159 TO THE MANAGER, GOLDEN FIELD OFFICE 1. DELEGATION. Pursuant to the authority vested in me as Secretary of Energy (“Secretary”) and by 10 C.F.R. 451.2, the authority of the Assistant Secretary for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy to serve as the Deciding Official for the Renewable Energy Production Incentive program, as described in 10 C.F.R. Part 451, is redelegated to the Manager, Golden Field Office. 2. LIMITATIONS. a. The authority delegated to the Manager, Golden Field Office, may not be further delegated by that official. b. In exercising the authority delegated by this order, the Manager, Golden Field Office, shall be governed by the rules and procedures establishes in 10 C.F.R. Part 451. c. Nothing in this delegation shall preclude the Secretary from exercising any of the authority so delegated whenever, in the Secretary's judgment, the exercise of such authority is necessary or appropriate to administer the functions vested in the Office of the Secretary. 3. DURATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE. a. All actions pursuant to any authority delegated prior to this order or pursuant to any authority delegated by this order taken prior to and in effect on the date of this order are hereby confirmed and ratified, and shall remain in full force and effect as if taken under this order, unless or until rescinded, amended, or superseded. b.
