DELEGATION ORDER NO. 0204-110
RESCISSION OF DELEGATION TO THE
FEDERAL ENERGY REGULATORY COMMISSION
Pursuant to the authority vested in me as Secretary of Energy, Department of Energy Delegation
Order Nos. 0204-8 and 0204-14 are hereby rescinded.
All actions pursuant to Delegation Order Nos. 0204-8 and 0204-14 taken prior to and in effect on
the date of this Order shall remain in full force and effect unless or until rescinded, amended or
superseded.
This Order is effective February 22, 1984, the date of publication in the Federal Register.
