DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY DESIGNATION ORDER NO. 00-02.00C TO WILLIAMS. GRANT II 1. DESIGNATION. Under the authority vested in me as Secretary of Energy, William S. Grant II is hereby designated the Department of Energy's (DOE) Alternate Designated Agency Ethics Official, as that title and its responsibilities are described in 5 CFR Part 2638, Subpart A. 2. RESCISSION. DOE Designation Order 00-02.00B is hereby rescinded. 3. LIMITATION. 4. 5. 3.1 This designation covers all parts of DOE, except the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. 3.2 In exercising the designated authority in this Order, the designee shall be governed by the rules and regulations of DOE and the policies and procedures prescribed by the Secretary of Energy or Deputy Secretary of Energy. AUTHORITY TO REDESIGNATE. This designation may not be redesignated or delegated.
