KOONIN UNDER SECRETA SUBJECT: Delegation of Authority to the Director, Office of Science In accordance with the Department of Energy, Delegation Order NO. 00-006.00A dated October 24, 2007, the Under Secretary for Science has authority to redelegate responsibilities of the Under Secretary for Science. Under paragraph 3 of the Delegation Order, the Under Secretary may delegate responsibilities to senior-level official(s). As Under Secretary for Science, I hereby delegate to you all responsibilities set forth in the attached Delegation Order of Under Secretary for Science, except for those specifically indicated in paragraphs 1.1, 1.3 and 1.9. As a result of responsibilities delegated to you by this memo, you will manage all matters relating to the Office of the Under Secretary for Science. This authority is effective November 18, 2011.
